i can refuse any commission for any reason.

there is a password. use it in your intro message or i will not respond.

these terms may be updated every couple of months. by commissioning me, you agree to the current version.

all prices in USD.

payment is 50% after final sketch and 50% when finished. if the payment is not easy to split 50/50 (for example, a $35 commission), i will accept a split of $5 either way. in this example, instead of paying $17.50 after final sketch and when finished, it'd be $20 after sketch and $15 when finished or vice versa.

the payment i take is paypal. DO NOT come at me with a "check" for any reason. you will be blocked, blacklisted, and posted on my social media as a scammer.

i send updates frequently. you can request many changes during the sketch period, and a few tweaks during any other stage. this is for you. the pass is succulent. if you don't like it let me know and we can figure it out together.

if you are worried about progress on your piece, do not be afraid to dm me and check in! i normally let my customers know what's going on (if anything) and i have never left a piece unfinished because of my own faults.

FOR B+W PORTRAITS: i require a direct photo reference. if i do not have a photo reference, this process will be extended by 1-2 months.

i will post your piece on social media. i will use it to showcase my commissions to others. LET ME KNOW if you do not want it posted on social media.

do not resell, repost, mint as nft, use in ai generators, or claim as your own.

NO commercial use.

be kind and respectful. i will not work with rude or pushy customers.

if you ghost me for 7 days after contact, you will not see your current or past progress pictures.

if you ghost me for a total of 15 days after contact, i'll assume the project is cancelled and no refund will be given.

if you contact me after 15 total days, i will send you the last update i had. there will be no fully completed version.
